This photo is nice. I love the lighting on the shoulder, there is just a subtle hit of his arm which is super awesome, I wish there was a little bit of that on the other side of his face, just a little tiny hint of light under his chin to create the space.
if he was looking at the camera that would create a very uneasy feeling... dont know if you are going for that. but it would break the forth wall and create this connection with the viewer. (just an idea for thought)
